Any information you provide to us is solely used for order processing, communication, and improving your shopping experience.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order with Giant Wolf Supply Co., you agree to provide accurate and complete information for billing, shipping, and contact purposes. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information. In the case that you provide an incorrect address and a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

4. Shipping and Returns

At Giant Wolf Supply Co., we take pride in delivering your orders as promptly as possible and we cover the shipping costs for you as a thank you for shopping with us, even if your items come in multiple packages. You will be provided tracking for most items, with the exception of sticker packs which are shipped via stamped envelope. Due to the unique nature of our limited run and made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is essential to us. If you encounter any issues, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to find a suitable solution that makes you happy. I am proud to say that we have only had one return request since the launch of our brand in 2020. It was due to a sizing issue, and we accepted the request. 5. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to change or update pricing and product information at any time. Scheduled limited drops typically sell out quickly, and though it has not happened yet, we can see that in the future, online inventory may not update quickly enough, so in the case that we somehow take payment for more items than we had available for fulfillment, the inventory will be reserved for shipment on a 'first come, first serve' basis, and we will immediately refund the overage of orders that came in after the actual stock was depleted.

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Giant Wolf Supply Co. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express consent.
